Cooking from your Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Share

By Helen Brody (July 7, 2012)

On Sunday July 15, 2012 at 4 pm Jeanny Aldrich, farmer, chef, and nutritionist, will teach interested folks about cooking seasonal vegetables at the 1780 Farm in beautiful downtown Chesterfield NH through the Monadnock Localvores.  Please join us! or call the Conservation District at 603-756-2988 ext.116. There is a suggested donation of $5-15 for each Localvore workshop. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. All donations go to support the Jeffrey P. Smith Farm Scholarship.

Jeanny Aldrich’s life has followed the trail of food. Growing, cooking and consuming it. It was not until she started farming four  years ago that her circle of life finally connected. She tailors  abilities & affordability to create good food.
