Sausage Delight

Serve from the grill or from the oven. Great recipe – no cleanup. From See farmstand below

1 pound ground hot or sweet Italian sausage
1 medium onion, chopped                                                                                   
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red Bell pepper, sliced or chopped
1 green Bell pepper, sliced or chopped
1 small zucchini or summer squash, chopped
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
salt to taste

Preheat grill or oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl before placing  in a large piece of heavy duty foil and wrap securely. If grilling,  place on a preheated grill and cook ten minutes before turning for another five minutes and serve. If baking in the oven, bake for 25-30  minutes and serve. In either case open foil package carefully as steam may be released.
