NHFN welcomes Rosemary Fifield as Farm Profile Copy Editor
NHFN is thrilled to announce that Rosemary Fifield is joining us as Farm Profile Copy Editor. For the last 20 years, she has worked at the Hanover Co-op, recently retiring as the Director of Education and Member Services.
From the beginning, the cooperative vision found expression in Rosemary’s informed, creative style. Her tenacity and firecracker pluck transformed the Co-op’s education and customer-service efforts into a model for other cooperatives nationwide. Over the course of her award-winning career, she also visited Capitol Hill to champion the rights of small family farms and built an industry-leading food-safety training program.
Rosemary is also featured in New Hampshire Women Farmers: Pioneers of the Local Food Movement for her efforts in educating NH consumers about better food choices through programs available at the Co-op.
Rosemary will be working with our growing number of student and professional writers to tell the story of a local farm near you. Use our farm directory to find a farm to support in your area.
