Dairy Farms’ Initiative Sets Open Forum Date

New Hampshire Department of Agriculture, Markets & Food (November 24, 2009)

KeepLocalFarmsAt 10:00 am on Tuesday, December 8, 2009, the Milk Producers Emergency Relief Fund Board is holding a public forum on the Keep Local Farms Initiative ( It will be held in Representatives’ Hall of the New Hampshire State House in Concord, NH.

The forum offers a question and answer  opportunity for legislators, farmers, media, local food and land conservation advocates as well as all citizens who enjoy the benefits of a fresh, local and regional milk supply, and the scenic open lands that dairy farmers provide.
